How to resolve error The action cannot be completed’ in MS Outlook?

You might get error at the startup of Outlook stating ‘The action cannot be completed’. Reason is quite simple for getting such error message. It’s the corruption in MS Outlook .PST file. Some kind of damage in Outlook profile
The PST attached to the profile is corrupt
Resolution
You can try the given below steps to solve eradicate the above error:
You should test your connection and take the appropriate steps
You can try to deactivate the antivirus software
Locate the Outlook.exe and PST files and check their properties to clear the read-only check box
For solving add-ins issue, you should start Outlook in safe mode and disable the problematic add-in(s)
You can remove or rename the affected Outlook program files, which include Extend.dat, Frmcache.dat, Views.dat, and Outcmd.dat
You should recreate the Outlook profile if it is damaged. Try to duplicate the above behavior by attaching a new and the old PST, one at a time, to check if corrupted PST is not the issue
To repair the corrupted PST, run Inbox Repair Tool (Scanpst.exe).
